General Care Instructions

The Jewelry Process

We use the highest quality process and materials to create our jewelry. Our jewelry is made using a sterling silver base-metal, coated with 14k Gold Vermeil or White Rhodium.  We use a three-step coating process to ensure your jewels will last the test of time.

Care

Over time, coating may wear off if it is continuously exposed to chemicals such as cosmetics, perfume, hairspray etc.  To keep your jewelry looking its best and to avoid scratching, we recommend storing jewelry separately in a jewelry box & pouch.
We also recommend that you put on jewelry before applying cosmetics, perfume, hairspray and any other chemical substance.

Cleaning

Gently wipe your jewelry with a soft polishing cloth. A sterling silver polishing cloth can be found in major retailers and is best to clean sterling silver products.
  • Jewelry can also be cleaned with a mild liquid detergent solution.
  • Do not use detergent that includes: bleach, abrasives or ammonia.
  • Soak the jewelry in a very warm solution of water and detergent, then rinse. Be sure not to soak jewelry for too long.
  • Gently brush your jewelry with a soft toothbrush to loosen stubborn dirt.
  • Although our jewelry has been coated to protect against tarnishing, over time the coating may wear off depending on use
    • Special Pieces

Jewelry pieces of extremely delicate design require special care when handling.
